PTO
Neapco offers an extensive aftermarket agricultural and industrial PTO product line for both North American and European applications. For over 50 years, Neapco power take-off driveshafts and components have been used in three-point hitch, trail-behind implements, self-propelled equipment, and industrial and auxiliary machinery.
For North American applications, Neapco provides fixed-length or telescoping drivelines using spline, square or rectangular shafting, and standard Neapco 1000 through 2600 universal joints. Standard components include clamp, quick-disconnect, round & spline bore, and flange yokes. Available CV joints include equal angle or double Cardan. Several types of torque-limiting or shear devices are available as an integral part of the driveline solution. For driveshaft speeds of 1000 rpm or less, Neapco can provide driveshaft shielding to meet safety requirements and other applicable standards.
Our primary European products include fixed length or telescoping drives using profile, lemon, triangular and star tubing. These PTO driveshafts use Benzi & Di Terlizzi B01–B10 series U-joint components and assemblies, as well as other European components.
Agriculture
Since 1950, Neapco has specialized in designing and producing engineered driveline products for self-propelled farm machines, implements, attachments and material handling equipment. These agricultural and lawn-and-garden applications include input drives to the implements and attachments, as well as the drivelines and driveline components within the equipment itself.
Neapco supplies all major farm equipment manufacturers, including CNH, John Deere, Agco and others, with engineered products to solve their unique agricultural market application requirements.
Neapco’s broad experience with other products and markets — in particular, the diverse size and power parameters in small and light vehicle, commercial, construction and industrial applications — provides the necessary background to develop innovative solutions for all types of agricultural machines.
Construction
Neapco designs and manufactures heavy-duty driveline products for all types of off-road construction equipment used in applications such as excavation, earthmoving, mining, forestry, material handling and others.
Neapco products are designed to be robust, durable and long-lasting in the harshest conditions of dirt, sand, mud, moisture and extremes of temperature. With extensive experience in developing driveline products for construction equipment and related applications such as heavy truck and industrial, Neapco excels in meeting performance standards for low maintenance, high torque/high power and others found in construction applications.
